Obama's Suggestion to Israel

Article discussing Obama telling Israel to go back to there boundries
like they had in 1967 as a basis for neighboring paleastian state.
I have a couple questions on this, what right does Obama have telling
Israel this? Two it seems like Obama sides with all the surrounding
countries of Israel. IsraEL is Yahweh's people from the begining.
