Earth quake in Japan makes day shorter

This article on the link talks about how the earthquake in Japan shifted the earth's axis and made the day literally go faster. 1.6 microseconds faster. I find it interesting how major earthquakes can make the day shorter. Time is coming upon us! May Yahweh help us to make a stand in that day!
